One Corporate Wellness (OCW) is a leading provider of workplace health experiences — bridging employee engagement, preventive care, and lifestyle wellness through interactive events, health fairs, and corporate activations.

Their mission extends beyond traditional wellness programming. OCW transforms corporate environments into thriving, health-conscious communities where employees feel valued, energized, and supported.

When One Corporate Wellness partnered with 1824 Media, the goal was to refine their brand identity, clarify positioning in the B2B landscape, and develop a scalable marketing system that reflected the sophistication of their client portfolio — from AT&T and Hilton to Senior Aerospace and Revolve.

The vision was clear: create a brand that communicates trust, energy, and care — with the precision of a corporate partner and the warmth of a human touch.

Discovery & Strategy

Through interviews with leadership, HR professionals, and vendor partners, three pillars emerged that shaped the strategic foundation:

  1. Connection Over Compliance — wellness should feel engaging, not obligatory.

  2. Experience as Education — every activation should teach employees something about their health or habits.

  3. Partnership, Not Service — position OCW as an extension of HR strategy, not just an event vendor.

These insights informed our creative direction — balancing professionalism with approachability and positioning OCW as a trusted partner in employee wellbeing.

Brand Identity

The refreshed brand system was built around three key principles: clarity, confidence, and compassion.

  • Logo: A geometric mark inspired by human connection — overlapping circles symbolizing unity, balance, and holistic health.

  • Color Palette: Soothing blues and soft neutrals that convey vitality and trust.

  • Typography: A modern sans-serif pairing — bold yet clean, designed to speak fluently across both healthcare and corporate audiences.

  • Visual System: Organic gradient waves and subtle motion graphics reflecting flow, energy, and renewal.

The result: a cohesive identity that feels corporate yet human — professional enough for a Fortune 500 boardroom, and welcoming enough for a community health fair.

Campaign Development

We designed multi-channel campaigns to communicate the value of corporate wellness through storytelling, not statistics.

Event Marketing & Experience Design

OCW’s events are immersive experiences designed to reconnect employees with their health and their teams.

We helped develop a modular event framework that allowed for consistency across clients, while maintaining room for customization.
